All clients will have a triage appointment of 30 minutes with a team member, but depending on which ongoing package you select, you may have ongoing appointments and/or health coaching with Louise or another member of our team. It is our aim that you feel fully supported with implementing dietary and supplemental programmes, as well as have access to optimal professional guidance from any member of our team. Louise has also undertaken additional training so that the practice is a Neurodiverse-friendly practice.
Recipes, guides, shopping tips and meal plans as well as other practical tools will all be available to you while working with us.
We are a research-oriented clinic, which means we will share any new research with our clients as it becomes available & anonymised data may also be used for our own research.
The aim of any programme is to facilitate action. In this case, the action you would like to see is a change in your symptoms and to re-balance your health.
The DO-IT system which we utilise in our clinic is designed to support you towards that goal and is a clinical tool to guide you through your journey with us. We operate a virtual clinic for those who are unable to regularly attend appointments in person. In-person appointments can currently only be booked in Lincoln. In-person appointments may be subject to specific guidelines, such as wearing a mask depending on COVID guidance, so we recommend that you check with us prior to attending.

Louise is qualified to undertake adult blood draws and is a member of the National Association of Phlebotomists.
We offer a phlebotomy service to our own clients as well as to private patients of other UK Laboratories and Practitioners. Please notify us at the time of booking if your blood test requires any special preparation, or has to be done at a specific time; e.g morning draw in a fasted state. Please also let us know if your sample requires centrifuging. If the kit contains an ice pack, please freeze it and bring it with you to the appointment. If you are unsure about any of these points please ask your referring practitioner. If you are a client of Louise herself, we will notify you of any test preparation that may be required. We accept no liability if a test cannot be undertaken because instructions have not been followed correctly by the client. Terms and conditions will need to be signed upon booking.
Blood draw appointments are typically undertaken on Monday and Tuesday mornings.
Adult (18+) blood draws can be undertaken at our office.
Please note that postage and shipping fees may also be due for some tests.

From time to time laboratory tests may be suggested. The purpose of undertaking testing is to better understand how your body is functioning in key areas. Sample reports for the tests noted below can be requested and further detail can be given during an appointment. Tests frequently requested by our clients are listed below. Louise Carder is affiliated with Colab Services Ltd as a Director, so current clients of LCNH benefit by being able to access an additional discount for these tests. For any tests undertaken an interpretation/admin fee will be invoiced to reflect the time taken understanding the result and implementing an appropriate therapeutic protocol. For negative results a £10 admin fee only is invoiced.
