Health Discovery Appointment
The initial Health Discovery Appointment time of 105 mins is a chance to dive a little deeper into your health picture with your lead practitioner. The HDA appointment is split into two sessions, the first is the triage 45 mins and the second is an hour long deeper dive. The HDA is designed to start to really help our understanding of root causes of your health concerns. Also included is an additional 30 minute session with our LCNH Health Coach, Dipa, to support an understanding of how important coaching can be for your therapeutic journey with us. Scheduled upon confirmation of Triage session.

About Your Initial Intake Appointment
We start with a 30 minute intake appointment, after which we review your key symptoms, concerns, and goals. There will then be a chance to discuss next step options if you want to become a full client.
You will then have the option to:
Move straight on to one of our programmes. These can be purchased via our website
Undertake pertinent laboratory testing
Book a full ‘functional’ appraisal of your health history via the Health Discovery Appointment. This is ideal for more complex or chronic cases, such as those with with concerns about CIRS, Chronic fatigue/ME/Fibromyalgia, Auto-immunity, Cognitive challenges
Continue with ad hoc appointments
What happens next?
Step 1
Discovery Appointment
We'll have the appointment at your chosen time where we will learn what you are dealing with, what you would like to change, and what your health goals are. You can then choose Nutrition Coaching or our Group CIRS support sessions, as well as one of our ongoing intensive or maintrnance packages.
Step 2
Observations & Analysis
We'll do some laboratory testing and symptom analysis so we can better understand why you may have developed your symptoms.
Step 3
Written Health Report
We'll write up your health report so you can see what your health needs are.
Step 4
30 Minute Follow Up
We'll review your report and work out which is the best programme for your condition. You can then choose between our different programme options and we discuss this during the 30 minute follow up appointment.
