We’ll have our initial 60 minute appointment at your chosen time where we will review your current food diary and any supplementation, food preferences and discuss goals. Laboratory testing of nutrient levels will also be discussed at this early stage.
Step 2
We then analyse your current food diary to see what nutrients you may be a little low in, factor in your goals and devise an initial programme for you which will include meal planning and recipe ideas and may include supplementation.
Step 3
You start on your programme and we review progress and work through your personalised nutrition essentials, either fortnightly or monthly, depending on which appointment option you have chosen. We will work through proteins, carbohydrates, dietary fats, colour and variety so you leave the programme with a deeper understanding of key dietary factors to support your future health.
Step 4
We will review your progress in a final appointment at the end of 12 weeks, and discuss what your next steps could be.
